What is your pursuit?
I have a home fragrance company that specializes in natural hand-poured products such as soy candles, reed diffusers, and pillow sprays. I like to describe myself as a multi-hyphenate woman who loves creating amazing and unique experiences for others.
How do you build self-confidence?
Self-confidence for me means the radical acceptance of self and understanding of my worth. I'm constantly grounding myself and working on my mindset because as the seasons' change and life happens, we forget what we bring to the table. Growth and confidence shine when you are vibrating at a high frequency and this sometimes requires therapy, shadow work, dating yourself, journaling..the list never ends.
There are no right or wrong ways. I also find that surrounding myself with like-minded people is essential. People who send you small reminders and check your ego.
What brings you joy?
Nature and the ocean bring me joy. It brings me joy to see my family and friends healthy and striving. Joy for me appears in many forms. Having the privilege of drinking clean water brings me joy and gratitude. Pure joy happens when you allow yourself to be a vessel rather than a warrior. In this current season of my life, I'm learning how to be a vessel.
How do you want to be remembered?
As someone who always showed up as the best version of herself, therefore, inspired others to do the same. We are all unique and our power always lies in living an authentic life.
